By using the website located at Furhour.com and the mobile application called Furhour, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you object to anything in this Agreement or the Furhour Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.

Please read this agreement carefully as it contains important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations, including various limitations and exclusions, and a dispute resolution clause that governs how disputes will be resolved.

This document is an electronic record as per the terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules as applicable. It is generated by a computer system and does not have any physical or digital signatures.

This Terms of Use is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the Service. It is subject to change by Furhour at any time, effective upon posting on the websites.

Your continued use of the service following Furhour's posting of revised terms will constitute your express and binding acceptance of and consent to the revised Terms of Use.

In order to access and retain this electronic Agreement, you must have access to the World Wide Web and pay any service fees associated with such access.

Furhour grants you, subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install a copy of the App.

You may download the App on a single device to which you have exclusive control. We reserve all rights in and to the App which are not expressly granted to you.

New or updated versions of the App may include new or updated Terms of Use and enhanced security or fixes to previous security-related problems.

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age.

By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Service is also not available to any users who have been previously removed or suspended from the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password that you designate during the registration process, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.

You agree to immediately notify Furhour of any unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

Furhour will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972, and any other relevant legislation pertaining to animal welfare.

Prohibited activities include buying or selling pets on the platform, posting advertisements or soliciting offers for pet transactions, and any activity that exploits or endangers animals.

You must not copy, republish, scrape, automate, reverse engineer, harass, impersonate, collect personal data, violate security measures, or upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

Furhour reserves the right to investigate violations and may terminate access, take court action, or report offending users to the relevant authorities.

You represent and warrant that your Content is original or that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use it and authorize Furhour to use it.

Your Content must not infringe third-party rights or be unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, racist, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.

Furhour reserves the right to remove Your Content, suspend or terminate your access, and pursue legal remedies if your Content breaches these representations or warranties.

Furhour acts as a platform to connect users to one another. It is up to you whether you want to connect with a certain User, and you alone bear the risk of any communication, meeting, or other connection with a User.

Furhour is not a party to any communication, meeting or agreement between you and another User, and we are not liable for losses caused by a User's acts or omissions.

Furhour cannot guarantee the true identity, age, and nationality of a User.

Furhour uses reasonable security measures to protect uploaded content, but cannot guarantee that there will be no unauthorized copying or distribution of Your Content.

You release and forever waive claims against Furhour for unauthorized copying or usage of Your Content, and acknowledge that the security measures are provided and used as-is.

Furhour reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to block Members from certain IP addresses from accessing the Websites and/or Service.

These Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while you use the websites and/or Service.

Furhour may terminate your use of the Websites for any reason by sending notices to you at the email address you provide when signing up for the Service.

Even after your use of the Websites is terminated, these Terms of Use will remain in effect and all terms that by their nature may survive termination shall survive.

Furhour may provide third-party content and links to webpages and content of third parties as a service to those interested in this information.

Furhour does not control, endorse or adopt any Third-Party Content and is not responsible for any Third-Party Content on the Service.

Access and use of Reference Sites is solely at your own risk.

Furhour, the Furhour logos, and any other product or service name or slogan contained in the Service are trademarks of Furhour or our suppliers or licensors and may not be copied, imitated, or used without prior written permission.

Furhour retains all proprietary rights in the Websites and the Service, and you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any proprietary information without express written permission.

You may not use any metatags or hidden text utilizing Furhour or any other Furhour trademark without prior written permission.

Furhour does not claim ownership of Your Content.

With respect to your Content, you grant Furhour a worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, and publicly display such Content on the Service for as long as it remains on the Service.

Furhour prohibits the submission or posting of any information that infringes or violates the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

Furhour cannot and does not review the Content created or uploaded by its users, and does not undertake any duty to monitor the Websites for inappropriate or infringing content.

Furhour excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from Content uploaded by users.

Furhour will promptly terminate without notice any user’s access to the Service if that user is determined to be a repeat infringer.

Furhour may also limit access to the Service and/or terminate access of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

In no event shall Furhour be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or relating to the Websites or Service.

The content and functionality on the Websites and Service are offered as-is without warranty of any kind.

To the greatest extent permitted by law, Furhour's aggregate liability shall be limited to monetary damages that may not exceed the greater of INR 10,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold Furhour harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, any intellectual property claims related to Your Content, or any activity related to your use of the Websites.

If Furhour is successful in whole or in part in any action or proceeding related to these Terms of Use, you shall be responsible for Furhour’s attorneys’ fees and costs.

Use of the Websites and/or the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, located at https://furhour.com/privacy-policy.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms of Use, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy, contain the entire agreement between you and Furhour regarding the use of the Websites and/or the Service.

If any provision of this Terms of Use is found to be invalid, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

The section headings contained in these Terms of Use are for reference purposes only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of these Terms of Use.
